Cancellation Policy
At MODE Hairdressing, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, to respect the time of our hardworking stylists and maintain the quality of service we provide to all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes are made with adequate notice.
Late cancellation and missed appointments not only impact out stylists personally, but also affect out ability to accommodate other clients.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
Deposits
A $50.00 deposit is required when booking colour, Keratin, and chemical services. This deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking.
Need to change your appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon directly, providing sufficient notice allows us to accommodate other guests. Thankyou for supporting out team and respecting their time.
